Development Affordable Housing Grant
Through the federal American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act funding program, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners is providing one-time grants to qualifying non-profit housing providers operating in Indian River County, negatively affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Land Use Visioning Study
The Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is conducting a land use vision study on the future of Indian River County, which is being prepared by Kimley-Horn and Associates, one of the MPO's general planning consultants. The Indian River County Metropolitan Planning Organization is hosting a series of Visioning Workshops to facilitate discussion and gather the community’s input on alternative future land use strategies for the County.
